TextileFlow Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the conditions for using the TextileFlow mobile application.

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms constitute an agreement between Mint New Fashion ("we"), which operates the application, and the individual or organization using the application ("you"). By using the application, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of the Service

TextileFlow is a business-to-business (B2B) mobile application designed for tracking textile production and logistics processes. The service is made available only to authorized employees and business partners.

3. Accounts and Access

Accounts are created by Mint New Fashion or authorized administrators. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

When using the application, you agree to:

use the application only lawfully and within the authorization granted to you,
not access or attempt to access the system without authorization,
not reverse engineer or copy the application, or disrupt the service.

5. User Content

You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload the photos and data you submit to the application. We process this content solely to provide the service; our data processing practices are governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights in the application and its content belong to Mint New Fashion. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use.

7. Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no express or implied warranty that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mint New Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application without prior notice if you breach these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page and the "Last updated" date above is revised.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
