TextileFlow Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the TextileFlow mobile application (package name com.mintnewfashion.textileFlow) collects, uses, and protects user data. The application is developed and operated by Mint New Fashion.

TextileFlow is a business-to-business (B2B) production and logistics tracking application for textile manufacturers. It is free, contains no ads, and offers no in-app purchases. It is used only by authorized employee and business partner accounts.

1. Data We Collect

We process the following data so the application can perform its function:

Location (sensitive / precise location)

We process the live GPS location of users only in the driver and production manager roles, for the purpose of transit and logistics tracking. Location data is:

collected only with the user's explicit consent on the device,
collected only during working hours; tracking automatically stops outside working hours,
never used for any purpose other than real-time tracking of shipments.

Account information

Full name, username, and in-app role. These accounts belong to employees and business partners.

Device identifier / notification token

We store the device's push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging) so that notifications can be delivered to the correct device.

Photos

Product, damage, and transit photos uploaded by users.

App activity and production data

Business data entered for the application to operate, such as production orders, cutting and routing details, and job status updates.

2. How We Use Data

All collected data is used solely for the application's functionality: tracking production and logistics processes, assigning tasks, and delivering notifications. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or marketing.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties and do not share it for marketing. The only third-party service provider we use is:

Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — used only to deliver push notifications.

4. Data Security

All data transmission is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Business data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on Mint New Fashion's own server.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as it is necessary to provide the service. When an account is deleted, the personal data belonging to that account is deleted. Location history is kept only for short-term operational tracking and is automatically purged on a regular basis.

7. Children's Privacy

TextileFlow is a business application and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page and the "Last updated" date above is revised accordingly.
