TextileFlow Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your TextileFlow (com.mintnewfashion.textileFlow) account and associated data.

TextileFlow accounts are company-managed employee accounts; there is no self-signup in the app. Account and data deletion is therefore handled via the email request below.

How to request deletion

Send a deletion request email to:

mustafaertan@mintnewfashion.com

So that we can verify your request, please include in your email:

your username (the name you sign in with in the app),
the company / firm you are associated with.

How long does it take?

Your request is processed within 30 days of being received.

Which data is deleted?

When your account is deleted, the following personal data is removed:

full name and username,
location records,
photos you uploaded (product / damage / transit),
app activity and production data associated with you.

Legal retention

Due to applicable legal obligations (for example accounting or commercial record-keeping requirements), certain data may need to be retained for a limited additional period. Such data is deleted once the legal retention period expires.
